Wellness Challenge 2014

 

Every year millions of Americans make New Year’s resolutions to slim-down, tone-up, and wear clothes they haven’t worn since high school. While we can all appreciate anyone’s commitment to bettering themselves, wellness is about more than weight loss or outward appearance. While weight loss and fitness are key elements to overall health, truly building a healthy life is much deeper. Energy, endurance, intellectual sharpness and a strong immune system all play a part in total wellness and quality of life. And, in the age of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. – Obamacare), none of us can afford to grapple with chronic health conditions. As a part of building a stronger you for the year ahead, I’d invite you to join me and my wellness partners for the “Common Cents Wellness Challenge” this winter.
